Three expansion projects from North Mankato to New Ulm. We had strip takings, total takes, relocations, snow-fence and drainage easements. I developed the work maps, parcel sketches and plats for the entire corridor.

Flood mitigation project which raised the entire corridor 6-8 feet. Total takes, flowage easements, and working with prescriptive right of way were a couple of complexities. Drafted authorization maps proposed new right of way and platted the entire project.

Acquisition Allies led the right-of-way layout for the full redesign of TH 65 from 99th Ave to just north of 117th Ave, in partnership with MnDOT Metro District and Alliant Engineering. The project eliminated all at-grade intersections and added new frontage roads, ramps, noise walls, retaining walls, and roundabouts. This ROW-intensive effort improves safety, lowers travel times, and enhances long-term corridor performance.
